2009 SHOWS :

Saturday October 10th

Autonomy

The Red Sea - Minneapolis, MN

Autonomy keeps rising like a Phoenix from the ashes! That's right, the band that can't be destroyed is back with it's original lineup featuring Rockula on drums. We are retooling the group's sound and plan to unveil Autonomy 3.0 at this CD release party for our friend Katrina Litz. The very talented East of Innocence is opening the show followed by the super cool band Niobium. Next Kat will take the stage to perform all her new stuff for everyone and promote her new album until finally the mighty Autonomy will cap off the evening in grand fashion with a bombastic set that will blow you away..

The Red Sea has a new stage, new folks running things, and a whole new attitude. This is one of the bars that gave us a shot when we first started out so it will be cool to see the changes they've made and play on their new stage through their fancy new sound system. Kat has assembled a really impressive lineup of talented folks so this is going to be a very interesting and entertaining event- join us!

Autonomy in Concert

Club Underground - Minneapolis, MN

Autonomy makes it's triumphant return to the Club Underground stage to host yet another fantastic summer show at one of our favorite small venues. Joining them on the bill are The Lurking Corpses, Burn all Flags, and Fatal Inebriation so as you can see we have an evening jam-packed with live music.

Jendeen is moving away to LA soon, so this is likely to be her last show with the band. Show up to give her a proper sendoff on her bold new adventure!

AUTONOMY AT STATION 4

with OBCT and special guest Over Matter

St. Paul, MN

We're rejoining forces with our kindred brothers in OBCT for a rip-roarin' show at Station 4 in St. Paul that you won't want to miss!

OBCT is a tough band to put a handle on, and we think they like it that way. They fear nothing, hold nothing sacred, and aren't afraid to tell you what your government doesn't want you to hear. If evidence of alien life exists, they probably have it. They have damning information about every conspiracy theory you can think of. Bigfoot is actually a member of the band. For those of you that watch King of the Hill, think of them as the Dale Gribble of the Minnesota music scene. We probably won't know the true awesomeness of their band until 20 years from now when the government releases sealed top-secret files. The bottom line is you need to experience these guys and what they bring to the stage for yourselves.

Autonomy is very excited about this show- not just because OBCT and Over Matter are on the bill, but because we get another chance to test/tweak/perform our new material on a live audience. We are severing ties with our label, are losing our rehearsal space, and have no funding for the recording of the album so the very future of Autonomy is in question these days. We aren't ready to make any announcements yet, but suffice it to say lots of things are hanging in the balance. Regardless of what happens, this show is going to be great and we recommend to all Autonomy fans to make it if you can.

Also joining us on the bill- Over Matter. We're excited to share at stage with them and check out their stuff. Over Matter is just putting the finishing touches on their full-length CD which they expect to release any moment now (spring). They'll open the show and warm up the crowd to get this big ol' show rollin'. Expect ass-kickery.

P.S. - Bring your earplugs, balls of cotton, muffs, or prepare to spend the evening with your grubby digits in your earholes- cause this one's gonna be LOUD!
